At the ordinary Assembly of Members on 05/12/2017, the Members provided guidelines to the company, resolving as follows:
“…in terms of personnel costs, to align the trend (the need) of human resources with service requirements and, consequently, personnel expenses with the activities carried out by verifying and containing them in terms of adequacy.”
