The street waste collection containers are equipped with an automatic opening system, unlocked via a card issued to each individual user or a dedicated app.
All resident families and second-home owners will have the card sent to them by post when the new waste disposal method is launched.
In the first few weeks after the service is launched, Tari-registered users who have not received the card or the activation code for the Egate Digi app at their billing address can visit the card distribution point, open to the public on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am to 1pm at the municipal offices at Piazza Biagio Marin 4.
If a new user account is subsequently activated, the card can be requested from the Municipality of Grado – Tax Office, Piazza Biagio Marin 4. Public opening hours are: Monday: 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm,
Tuesday: 8:00 am – 10:00 am,
Thursday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm,
Friday: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.
The office is also open to the public on Wednesdays from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm by prior appointment, to be requested by email at tributi@comunegrado.it or by phone on 0431 898 240 / 244 / 245 / 246.
The street container opening system can also be unlocked via an app, downloadable directly through the QR code affixed to the containers themselves. Card holders who have not received the app activation code can request it either at the card distribution point or by calling the freephone numbers 800844644 and 800844344. For those calling from abroad, the number 0039 0445 230687 is available.
