Vegetable oil is 100% recyclable if properly disposed of.
Dispersing vegetable oil in water causes significant damage to the environment: one liter of oil dispersed in water makes one million liters of water undrinkable.
But even the collection of vegetable oil must be done carefully, avoiding common mistakes.

- Frying oils and fats
- Oil of preserves and preserved products in oil
- Lard and melted butter
- Rancid and expired vegetable oils and fats
Do not empty instead:
- mineral oil for engines and gears
- chemical fluids
- mayonnaise, sauces and other condiments (e.g.: brines)
- food waste seasoned with vegetable oil
Vegetable oil can be delivered to the Collection Center of your municipality of residence or, alternatively, at the collection points activated in the following municipalities managed by ISA:

For the recovery of used vegetable oil, Isontina Ambiente has signed an agreement with SAPI, the reference company of CONOE, the National Consortium for Used Oils, thanks to which the emptying operations are free of charge: moreover, Isontina Ambiente is recognized a fee for every kg of oil collected at the collection points in the area.
