The TARI in Ronchi dei Legionari
Description
From January 1, 2014, in the Municipality of Ronchi dei Legionari, the Municipal Waste Tax (Tari) is applied to cover the costs related to the management of urban solid waste services.
Anyone who owns or holds, in any capacity even de facto, premises and uncovered areas located in the municipal territory, intended for any use, capable of producing urban waste, is required to pay the tax.
The management of the tax remains with Isontina Ambiente based on the current regulations in the matter.
The ownership of the tax is of the Municipality.

Calculation methods
The method for the application of the tax is delegated to the regulation for the discipline of the waste tax approved by the City Council, which can be found on the website of the Municipality of Ronchi dei Legionari
When to pay
The Municipality of Ronchi dei Legionari annually decides the payment deadlines for the Tari installments.
An advance payment and a final settlement are planned: other adjustments are provided for special situations (cessations, takeovers, new users following the issuance of bills, etc.)
Where and how to pay
The notice can be paid via the PagoPA platform or using the F24 form at all post offices, bank counters, through home banking services (internet), and at tobacco shops, with the commission amount depending on the payment circuit used.
RATES
Annual fee
The TARI is paid based on the rate applied for the calendar year.
The fee for domestic users is based on the area and the number of occupants.
The fee for non-domestic users is proportional to the area and the type of activity carried out.

Daily rate
The daily fee, applied to users who temporarily occupy (*) public spaces or areas, with or without authorization, for public use or areas burdened by public passage rights. It is calculated based on the square meters of occupied surface, for the days of occupation, and is determined based on the annual tax rate, prorated daily, increased by a percentage amount equal to 100%.
(*) Temporary occupation refers to use for less than 183 days within the year, even if not continuous.

NON-DOMESTIC USERS - REQUEST FOR REDUCTION OF WASTE TARIFF (Legislative Decree 152/06 art. 238 paragraph 10)
Non-domestic users who have chosen to dispose of the recyclable fractions of their urban waste outside the public service and can demonstrate that they have been sent for recovery through a certificate issued by the entity that carries out the waste recovery activity can request a reduction of the Waste Fee using the form below to be sent to Isontina Ambiente by January 31 of each calendar year.
